Our Return Policy
Here at Curls & Kinks we are confident that you will enjoy using all the different products that we have to offer, as there is something for everyone. However in the unfortunate event that you wish to return any products, here is a checklist we have made to assist you.
- To be eligible for a return you must return the product(s) within 14 days – the 14 days begin the day your product(s) arrive.
- We are unable to accept any products that have been tampered with this includes broken seals or damaged product safe stickers. All products must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition they arrived in.
- Please Print out our returns slip and ensure that you fill in all boxes.
- It is YOUR responsibility for return shipping charges and we highly recommend that you use a trackable service.
- Once your return has been received, we will send you an email acknowledging this.
- You will then receive a further email letting you know if the return meets our requirements (explained above).
- If the refund meets requirements we will process your refund the same way the payment was made. Please allow 5-10 working days for the funds to be returned back to you. (Any concerns regarding funds being late, please contact your bank – if you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us)
- Lastly, we unfortunately do not offer exchanges.
