Shipping Policy
The Ordering process on the site (curlsandkinks.co.uk):
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email, which will state your order number, the date the order was placed, a list of items that were purchased along with the price and both your shipping and billing address.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been accepted and dispatched you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our terms and conditions, if for any reason we have to cancel your order, we will email you to inform you.
International Orders
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping and Handling
All orders will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days. We will not dispatch or process orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day, allowing for 2-3 days for dispatch. For orders placed after 5pm, the 2-3 working days dispatch will start the next working day.
If you have been unable to receive your order during the first delivery attempt, the rescheduling and accountability for your order is no longer placed with Curls & Kinks. The customer will then be placed accountable for any and all redelivery attempts made by the delivery service used to deliver your order.
Our shipping costs section details an estimate of how many days after dispatch, it is likely for you to receive your order. After receiving an order confirmation email and waiting the relevant dispatch days according to the shipping service that you have purchased, if you haven’t received your order after these days have passed please contact us. Then we will provide you with a reference / tracking number and the name of the shipping provider. Once we have given your order to the relevant shipping provider, all further contact regarding the whereabouts of your order, will need to be conducted with them.
Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery – We have two options for standard delivery that will be applied to your cart depending on the weight of your items
– £3.99 (2-3 working days, on all orders placed before 1pm this excludes weekends and holidays. This is not a tracked service, however we can provide you with a reference number for your order. Information will only be available online at the point Royal Mail try to – or successfully – deliver your item. )
– £5.99 (For heavier orders, 2-3 working days, on all orders placed before 1pm this excludes weekends and holidays. This is a fully tracked service.)
Express Delivery – £7.99 (1-2 working days, on all orders placed before 1pm this excludes weekends and holidays. This is a fully tracked service)
